LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION TO CUSTOMS FOR REGISTRATION OF THE COMPANY
  1. A copy of the Charter and amendments to it;
  2. A copy of the Memorandum of Association and amendments thereto or a copy of the Decision to create;
  3. A copy of the certificate of state registration issued by the Registration Chamber (if the company was registered before 2002) / OGRN (if the company was registered after 2002);
  4. Certificate of Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
  5. Copies of documents proving the identity of an individual entrepreneur and confirming registration at the place of residence, certified by the seal of the company;
  6. A copy of the certificate from the State Statistics Committee of Russia;
  7. A copy of the certificate or notice of the registration of the legal entity with the authorities of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of Russia (TIN)
  8. Copies of certificates from banks on opening bank accounts (currency and ruble) of the subject of foreign economic activity, certified by the signature of the head and the seal of the company;
  9. A copy of the certificate from the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies (Form P No. 50003) on making an entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (in case of changes that occurred after registration or re-registration) (GRN);
  10. A copy of the re-registration certificate in accordance with the Federal Laws “On State Registration of Legal Entities” dated No. 129-FZ for subjects of foreign economic activity registered before 01.07.2002 (form R No. 57001) at the place of state registration of the subject of foreign economic activity (OGRN);
  11. Copy of the Founder’s Decision on the appointment of the CEO, Order on the appointment of the CEO.
  12. In the case of customs clearance of goods sealed by the recipient (sender) company, a set of documents is provided for the employee specified in column 54 DT

    LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR SUBMISSION TO THE CUSTOMS FOR THE REGISTRATION OF THE COMPANY AND REGISTRATION OF DT

    1. Foreign trade contract with all specifications and additions – copies
    2. Invoice (indicating the contract number, price, terms of delivery, net and gross weight, number of items of each product, country of origin of goods, commodity code according to the EEU TNVED) – original
    3. Packing list – original
    4. Passport of the transaction – a copy certified by the recipient and signed by an authorized person of the buyer: replace with: In accordance with the requirements of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia dated 16.08.2017. No. 181-I The amount of obligations under contracts (credit agreements) specified in clause 4.1 of this Instruction must be equal to or exceed the equivalent: for import contracts or credit agreements – 3 million rubles; for export contracts – 6 million rubles.

    7. Payment documents for payment of customs duties to customs – copies
    8. Copies of insurance and insurance premium invoice or original letter of non-insurance of cargo
    9. Copies of the invoice for delivery to the border of the vehicle (depending on the terms of delivery) and the contract for transportation
